Your Journey Begins now

Welcome! It is never easy to reach out to a new therapist. Especially if it is your first time. If it isn't your first time, I know how daunting it is to think about telling your story all over again. 
For me, after visiting 2-3 different therapists looking for the right fit, I knew right away that I wanted to do things differently; I wanted to create an environment for my clients that is judgment-free and LGBTQ-I -friendly. 

Life is challenging enough as it is, but when you add intersections of sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, and more recently, the COVID-19 pandemic; sometimes you need someone there alongside you during your journey.
